Mihajela Črnko

Mihajela Črnko is the Chief Communications Officer and Partnerships Lead at IRCAI. With a decade of experience in open education, Open Educational Resources, and technology-supported knowledge transfer, she has contributed to R&D projects aimed at providing global access to education. Currently, she serves as a digital for development expert (AI) on the Digital for Development (D4D) Hub, a strategic platform designed to strengthen digital cooperation between the European Union, its Member States, and partner countries in Africa, Asia-Pacific, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the EU Eastern Neighborhood.
